Where does the download button go?
It opens the release page currently set in the admin panel. You can place both macOS and Windows builds on the same download page.
What if macOS says the app is damaged?
Make sure the file finished downloading, allow it in Privacy & Security, then relaunch the installer.
What if Windows warns about an unknown publisher?
Verify the file source, use More info to continue, and whitelist the install folder if security software blocks it.
Where do I enter my API key?
Open the Setup page in the installer, choose the provider, then enter the API key, model name, and a custom Base URL only if you actually need one.
When do I need a custom Base URL?
Only when you use a proxy, gateway, aggregation service, or self-hosted compatible endpoint. Official APIs usually do not need it.
Do I need to activate again after an update?
Usually no. If the local license state is lost, enter the activation code again in the installer.
Why can’t skills be installed?
Check that the workspace is writable and that your network can reach the skill source. Company proxies and endpoint security often block this.
Can users open the FAQ from inside the app?
Yes. The installer now includes a direct FAQ button that opens the matching language section on the official site.
